We're extra excited for Passover this year, because we get to share our brand new Swirl Seder Plate with you! To celebrate, Remi gathered her favorite tips & tricks to add some "chutzpah" to your Passover spread this year. Time to nosh!
1. Create a Nosh Board
There's no better way to kick off a dinner party than with a Nosh Board! This year, we're creating a Passover Nosh Board filled with colorful veggies, beet labneh and matzo.2. Add an Italian Spin to your Matzo Ball Soup
Looking for a new way to elevate your matzo ball soup game? The secret is in the oil! We add Italian olive oil to our matzo balls to make them extra fluffy. Top off each bowl with freshly cracked black pepper, dill and an extra drizzle of olive oil for a delicious new take on this Passover classic.
3. No Sad Salads this Year
We're adding extra love to our Passover salad this year because no one likes a sad salad. Fill your Passover salad with grilled halloumi, pomegranate seeds, pistachios and dill for a bright and colorful side.
4. Add "Chutzpah" to your Hard-boiled Eggs
Bored of hard-boiling eggs for Passover? SAME! Jeuje it up by pickling them! After boiling and peeling the eggs, soak them in beet juice, a dash of vinegar and sugar for 24-48 hours to turn them pink. Your guests will be impressed :)
5. Dish Up a Delicious Spring Side
Swap the steamed veggies for a delicious spring side. This year we are making roasted colorful carrots topped with labneh, pistachios, pomegranate seeds and fresh herbs.
6. End the Evening with Something Sweet
Looking for an easy Passover dessert? Make colorful chocolate matzo! Dunk the matzo in melted chocolate, top off with colorful sprinkles, and cool on parchment paper for a delicious Passover treat.
